I first called Wim to find out how the process of buying a watch from him worked. Although on vacation, he answered all my questions incl. how and where the watch was sourced.

We agreed on a delayed delivery due to my work and I transferred the money for which he aknowledged receipt the very next morning. The watch was shipped as agreed but was then randomly selected for inspection by Customs in Denmark, which caused a delay of one day. Wim called me about this although he wasn’t to blame at all, meaning that he cares about his customers, also after receipt of payment.

I chose MessinkWatches because of the detailed description, the pictures, a very fresh warranty and a competitive price. Now add honest and fast communication as well as keeping me posted throughout the process.

I would not hesitate to buy from Wim again, he has my highest recommendations!

It was a short but impressive journey. As a total newbie I entered the world of watches where Wim guided me as a mentor.

Wim has shown a lot of patience and knowledge. At his office he shares his passion with his visitors (I brought my daughter and a friend) and he creates a environment in which buying/spending is a true pleasure.

I want to thank Wim for the “moments of joy” which I’ve already had with my new Datejust in te last few days. Much more will follow.
