I first called Wim to find out how the process of buying a watch from him worked. Although on vacation, he answered all my questions incl. how and where the watch was sourced.
We agreed on a delayed delivery due to my work and I transferred the money for which he aknowledged receipt the very next morning. The watch was shipped as agreed but was then randomly selected for inspection by Customs in Denmark, which caused a delay of one day. Wim called me about this although he wasn’t to blame at all, meaning that he cares about his customers, also after receipt of payment.
